Bad Bish Fitness Strength x Sculpt is a high-energy, loud-music, low-impact strength experience. This all-levels, full-body class is rooted in functional strength principles, complemented by endurance-based sculpt. We use bands, weights, and bodyweight to fire up your core, glutes, arms, and legs. It’s music-driven and thoughtfully programmed to challenge you to your most confident self.

high-energy, beat-driven sculpt classes designed to build strength, confidence, and community. Open to all fitness levels, each class blends full-body sculpt movements, muscle-burning holds, and intentional muscle fatigue with motivating coaching and an empowering atmosphere that leaves you feeling stronger both physically and mentally. Expect a challenging workout, great music, and a fun, supportive community.

- Saturday classes run at the same time, so you’ll need to choose one
- Limit one class per customer, per day
- Mats will be provided, but you're more than welcome to bring your own.
- Please wear comfortable clothing and appropriate footwear needed for your class.
